Redwood Park Shops, Burntwood |
Dear Residents,
We have received reports of a group of children and young people gathering around the Redwood Park Shops, Burntwood, where incidents of littering and disrespectful behaviour towards local businesses and staff have been taking place. Whilst the majority of young people behave responsibly, a small minority are causing concern by leaving rubbish around the shopping area, creating additional work for business owners, and behaving in a manner that is having a negative impact on the local community. We would like to remind parents and guardians to speak with their children about respecting local businesses, their staff, and the environment. Redwood Park Shops are an important part of our community, and everyone has a role to play in keeping the area clean, welcoming, and safe for those who live, work, and visit there. Patrols will continue in the area, and we will be working alongside local businesses to address any ongoing concerns. If you witness anti-social behaviour or have information that may assist, please report it via Staffordshire Police on 101, online at www.staffordshire.police.uk, or in an emergency always call 999. Thank you for your continued support in helping to keep Burntwood a safe and pleasant place for everyone. PCSO Chelsea Humphreys | ||
